TJ Webb is the host of The Change Catalyst Podcast — a show built on real stories of adversity, transformation, and the unfiltered truth about what it takes to rebuild your life.

TJ is a medically retired police officer who spent 19 years in law enforcement, serving in some of the most demanding and dangerous roles — including K9, Narcotics, SWAT, Violent Crimes, and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force. In December 2020, while serving an arrest warrant with the Fugitive Task Force, TJ was shot six times in the line of duty, suffering life-threatening injuries that changed the course of his life forever.

His recovery became a defining chapter — one marked by pain, resilience, and an unrelenting refusal to quit. Through that journey, TJ found a new purpose: helping others overcome their own critical incidents, setbacks, and mental battles.

Today, TJ is a speaker, author, coach, podcast host, and mental health advocate who travels the country sharing his story and teaching others how to build strength through adversity. His mission is simple — to be a catalyst for change, reminding people that no matter what you face, you can rise, rebuild, and redefine yourself.
